Step-by-Step Process
We have migrated your information into our new system. However, it is necessary for you to activate your new Membership Card and connect it to a new Caldwell Zoo account profile. We’ve provided the steps to complete that process, along with screen shots, to help you navigate through the activation steps.
To activate your Membership, please follow this process:
1. Follow the instructions below.

2. Select your preferred login method from the available options and enter that account’s credentials.
3. Once you login, your “My Account” page will display.
4. Select the “Membership” tab
5. Input your Membership Number and click/tap “Verify.”
(Locate your new Membership Number in the email sent to all members on or about December 21, 2024.)
6. A verification code will be sent to the email address you logged in with above.
7. Input the verification code you received by email into the code field to the right and click/tap Verify.
8. Your Membership is now connected and activated!
9. Each adult included in your Membership will need to activate their own account. These digital cards can be used just like your current membership cards. If you require a physical card, we can print one for you at the Zoo during your next visit. Please be sure to activate your account via the above process prior to visiting.
10. IMPORTANT: To benefit from your Membership and complete online purchases please be sure to add a Payment Method.
