Visitor Services
Our team of hospitality professionals is here to help make your visit fun and rewarding. Visitor Services is located near the main entrance. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help.
Wagons, Strollers, Wheelchairs
To help you get around, wagons, infant strollers and wheelchairs are available for rent at Visitor Services. Rentals are for 1 day while on zoo grounds.
- Wagons $10.00 + tax
- Baby Strollers $10.00 + tax
- Wheelchairs $12.00 + tax
Restrooms
There are 4 large, public restrooms on zoo grounds.
- Main Entrance (behind our giftshop, the Crossroads Trading Co.)
- African Overlook
- Colobus/Bongo habitat
- Eastern Quadrangle (in between the Wild Bird Walkabout and the Herpetarium.)
